Jason called me within 1 minute of putting in my application online about 5:30p and by 8:30p I was driving away in a new car understanding the entire deal! He took the time to explain it to me and never treated me like a “Last minute customer” (which I was, it was Saturday the day before they were all off) and even made accommodations for my 3 kids I had with me and never treated them like they were an annoyance.
