I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I drove all the way from NJ to Indiana to pick up a used vehicle, and from the start, things went downhill. During a FaceTime call, the sales representative Jay failed to show me several scratches on the car and neglected to mention that the interior seat belt holders were missing. After I drove 20 miles away from the dealership, a brake warning light appeared on the dashboard. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, they were completely unhelpful. I had no choice but to take the car to a Chevrolet dealership in NJ, where I had to spend around $700 to fix the brakes and sensors. This dealership’s customer service is absolutely horrible, and they seem to have no regard for the condition of the vehicles they sell. Beware of these scam artists! More

Ben greeted me right away! He helped me find the car I was looking for. Even though they did not have the exact car that I was looking for; he was able to get me into a car and He helped me find the car I was looking for. I had paperwork signed and was the owner of a new CRV, before my old CRV could was finished being serviced with an oil change and new tires! 10 out of 10 would recommend Ben and Tom Wood Honda. This is my 4th Honda purchased from Tom Wood and I couldn’t be happier. More
