After waiting 6 months for my truck to be produced I was very excited to get the truck, however, went in and the manager was so rude and arrogant I l After waiting 6 months for my truck to be produced I was very excited to get the truck, however, went in and the manager was so rude and arrogant I literally walked away and got my deposit back. They treat you like you’re an idiot, trying to manipulate and intimidate. So much so I will be switching brands after being a lifetime Ford owner. I will be following up with corporate in Detroit with a detailed account of what happened. My sales person was decent but the manager lost him the deal. More
