Very professional and fair Mark Hylton has always been an excellent service advisor. However, he was out of the office last week so I had a chance to work with Jason. Quick Multipoint Inspection I went to Maita for a multipoint inspection which was said to take about 1-2 hours but they called me while it was about 45 minutes later! Very quick, I went to Maita for a multipoint inspection which was said to take about 1-2 hours but they called me while it was about 45 minutes later! Very quick, and they gave my car the oil check and tire rotation as well. They gave me a good suggestion for the damaged part of car and also an estimated price. More

Always a good experience I have never been disappointed by my service visits to Maita Toyota. The service reps always explain what is going to happen very thoroughly. The wait I have never been disappointed by my service visits to Maita Toyota. The service reps always explain what is going to happen very thoroughly. The waiting room is very comfortable. I wait for my car because I don't want to spend the time getting a ride to and from the dealership, so the facilities are important to me. I go in fully expecting a long wait, but it never seems to take too long to get my car. The checkout procedures are equally excellent with the rep telling me everything about the maintenance done on my car and with the car delivered promptly to the front. More

Great customer service Bought my car at Roseville and had been driving from sacramento to Roseville for service.
