Jason Rowan finalized the purchase of my car. Upon driving off of the lot, at the first red light, my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT stalled; I had to turn the engine off, and restart it, to get it goin Upon driving off of the lot, at the first red light, my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT stalled; I had to turn the engine off, and restart it, to get it going again. This happened again the following morning while driving, at which point the check engine light turned on. I took it in and Emad in the Service department fixed the issue. I wanted to convey this situation to Jason and ask for an extended warranty--as well as follow up on the loan he helped me get. I called. He wasn't in. I messaged him through the Ford dealership's website. A couple of days later, I called and was told he was busy but that I should email him. I did. A couple of days after that, I called to follow up. The person I spoke to said he was in his office but busy and that he would let Jason know I called. I still haven't heard back from Jason. Don't expect attention after the sale is finalized. More
