I recently had an outstanding experience at Brilliance Subaru and felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this dealership operates with professionalism and a commitment Subaru and felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this dealership operates with professionalism and a commitment to client satisfaction. Ed, the sales associate, was exceptional. He was genuine, friendly, and incredibly detailed throughout the process. Ed communicated clearly and set realistic expectations, particularly regarding delivery time, which made the entire process stress-free. His transparency and personable approach made me feel confident in my decision. Dan in the finance department was equally impressive. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood all aspects of the financing. Working with him was a breezeāhe was thorough and pleasant, making what can sometimes be a daunting process feel seamless. Jim, the general manager, clearly runs a tight ship and has much to be proud of. The entire team worked together to provide an experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brilliance Subaru to anyone looking for a dealership that truly goes above and beyond for its customers! More

I would not invest in the tire service plan when buying a new car from Subaru. I donāt remember how much it was, they sold us a number of extended warrantyās when buying our 2022 Subaru ascent, I canāt remem new car from Subaru. I donāt remember how much it was, they sold us a number of extended warrantyās when buying our 2022 Subaru ascent, I canāt remember all the cost. However, if it was anything more then $10 I would say it isnāt worth it. I had two issues with nails in tires and/or not holding air. They plugged it, which my understanding is not the proper way to fix them. I have had tires āpatchedā before and that is acceptable to me, however āplugsā, I thought you did on the side of the road just to get you to a place where you can get it fixed properly. At Brilliance Subaru they say this is perfectly acceptable. I said great maybe you can go put it on your car and not mine. They didnāt budge and told me it would be fine. I took it to a different place and they said I need to buy new tires because it was too close to the side wall and had ārun flat damageā? As well. I was stuck between listening to biased advice no matter where I went. One place that would have had to buy me a tire telling me itās totally fine, and the other place where I pay for the tire, telling me I need to buy one. I left it at the time because I figured it was only a matter a time before the plug failed and I would get the tire that was owed to me. Now that it is cold, that tire is leaking air slowly and I fill it every other day. When I took it in for the oil change Tuesday, to brilliance Subaru, they said they couldnāt get it to leak and they said I need new tires anyway. The car has 30k mikes on it. I have had the cheapest tires from Walmart last longer then that on past cars. Plus, I donāt think it takes a genius to say that when the other three tires on the car, that donāt have plugs in them, are holding air fine and the one that does have a plug is leaking, that maybe that tire has a problem and should be replaced. Also, dunking the tire in water when there is no weight on it and itās been inside and warm for a couple hours probably wonāt show a leak that happens slowly over a couple days. But that is apparently good enough for them to send me on my way with my very unsafe tire. I really canāt believe that after spending all the money I have at Brilliance Subaru with buying the car itself and the extra service plans, they wonāt pony up for a (1) new tire. Itās mind boggling. I just wouldnāt recommend paying for any extra services from brilliance Subaru or getting your car serviced there. They do the bare minimum and they only have to cover the tires until 30k miles apparently because they put the absolute cheapest tires possible on there brand new $50,000 cars. I gave them 2 stars because they did tell me all this xx with a smile on there face. Which somehow helps :) More
