I recently visited Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, NJ, and had a fantastic experience with my service advisor, Jason. I own two Volvo cars, a 2008 S80 and a 2014 S60, and I was impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of the entire team at Prestige Volvo and that is the reason I'm continuing to use these cars even after 230k and 112k miles on their speedometers respectively. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and was quickly introduced to Jason, who listened carefully to my concerns and offered helpful advice and recommendations. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my cars were serviced to the highest standard. The service team at Prestige Volvo is top-notch, and I was impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They were able to diagnose and fix any issues with my cars quickly and efficiently, and I felt confident that they were taking excellent care of my vehicles. Overall, I would highly recommend Prestige Volvo in East Hanover to anyone in need of high-quality Volvo service.
