I recently visited Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, NJ, and had a fantastic experience with my service advisor, Jason. I own two Volvo cars, a 2008 S80 and a 2014 S60, and I was impressed with the professi and had a fantastic experience with my service advisor, Jason. I own two Volvo cars, a 2008 S80 and a 2014 S60, and I was impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of the entire team at Prestige Volvo and that is the reason I'm continuing to use these cars even after 230k and 112k miles on their speedometers respectively. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and was quickly introduced to Jason, who listened carefully to my concerns and offered helpful advice and recommendations. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my cars were serviced to the highest standard. The service team at Prestige Volvo is top-notch, and I was impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They were able to diagnose and fix any issues with my cars quickly and efficiently, and I felt confident that they were taking excellent care of my vehicles. Overall, I would highly recommend Prestige Volvo in East Hanover to anyone in need of high-quality Volvo service. Jason, is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I am giving them five stars and will definitely be returning for all of my future Volvo service needs. Recently hourly rate and prices are increased and I believe that is the case with every dealership post COVID. More

Prestige Volvo is hands down the best dealership you will ever come across. The sales and service departments are second to none. Service Manager, Jay Rosen, truly knows the meaning of customer service. I wo ever come across. The sales and service departments are second to none. Service Manager, Jay Rosen, truly knows the meaning of customer service. I wouldn't trust my Volvos with any other dealership. I have dealt with Bob Knott in service for years and I am always impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, professionalism and pleasant demeanor. Bob is a huge asset to Prestige. People like Jay and Bob are the reason I keep going back to Prestige. Although I am still enjoying my 7th vehicle from Prestige, I will, without a doubt, be back when it's time for a new one. More

Jay was incredibly helpful with my XC90. He was able to take care of the repair even though I did not have an appointment and was very courteous. Being a family with 3 Volvos it is nice know He was able to take care of the repair even though I did not have an appointment and was very courteous.
