I purchased a 2021 Accord Sport from Jason Park on 4/29/21. During my initial "shopping around" phase, I was in communication with 5 different dealerships in my surrounding area, and Jason with Honda 4/29/21. During my initial "shopping around" phase, I was in communication with 5 different dealerships in my surrounding area, and Jason with Honda of Kirkland is the one who captured my trust and earned my business. He really went above and beyond all the rest. His customer service, kindness, honesty, professionalism and stellar communication all the way through this process was top notch. He's an exceptional salesman and representative of Honda, but even more importantly to me, a good person. I will return to him for all my future vehicle needs and I'll most definitely be referring all my friends and family to him. More

Though I use HOK for my other car service, never thought I would buy a new car from HOK, I believe it all happened because of Jason and his commitment to customer service. Jason was helpful in almost finalizing the deal (locked in the price but excluding 2/3 accessories) over phone/email before even visiting the dealership. Overall it was great experience. He was also kept following up on couple remaining items pending during delivery even after a week, which is awesome. More

He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He made our experience there not so nerve racking. Also Justin made all the paperwork and signing just as fun and he was very professional also. We are very pleased with our purchase. One positive purchase experience may be a fluke, but my pass experience with other dealerships were not as memorable. I don’t know how you do it, but keep up the good work at HOK! I will definitely buy again from them when we upgrade. More
