Overall we felt very dissatisfied with Corwin Toyota and although we purchased a vehicle we did not go back and purchase our second vehicle. The entire experience took way to long to complete and when we finally received our car we were so exhausted and just wanted to go home. The vehicle was semi cleaned and no gas!! Then we discovered there was only 1 key and no car mats, which Corwin was unwilling to help us with supplying. Then we discovered a discrepancy with our paperwork, and it took over a week to correct and we were requested to sign electronically. Corwin has not followed up so we can receive our corrected paperwork or to find out about our experience. As I stated we went the next day to another dealership and purchased our second vehicle, what a completely different experience. We dealt with Jason on our first night and were shocked at how rude and bothered he seemed and unwilling to work with us to purchase a car. More

We are deeply and abidingly dissatisfied with Corwin. We purchased a used vehicle from the CO Springs Toyota dealership in Nov/24 with confidence the car would be in good working order. Within a month and less than 400 miles driven we have had to repair/replace both control arm bushings, a leaking oil trap assembly, a faulty supercharger, and a cracked catalytic converter, to the tune of over $9K. They also provided a key remote without the mechanical key, and sent me away from the dealership at time of purchase with less than 50 miles worth of gas in the tank, and an almost-empty washer fluid reservoir.
