I recently visited your service center and was quite disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the interaction with the service advisor Mike and his manager Dan did not meet my expectations for se disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, the interaction with the service advisor Mike and his manager Dan did not meet my expectations for several reasons: Lack of Communication: From the start both of these guys had an issue with communication, lack of empathy etc. Unprofessional Behavior: Mike didn't seem to care whether my car was fixed or not, Dan the manager was combative and should search for a career change. Dan has no business being in management, and quite frankly, if I was in charge of the dealership he would be gone. Service Quality: Failure to fix the issues, put blame on me as the customer. If it wasn't for Jason the General Manager, who had to stepped in, this would have been a real issue. I appreciate Jason taking his time to help. This experience has left me questioning whether I will return to your service center in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for other customers. More

I am so unbelievably disappointed with my recent purchase. I purchased a 2015 Acura RDX. I understand that used vehicles are sold as-is. That being said, I asked specific questions and was given purchase. I purchased a 2015 Acura RDX. I understand that used vehicles are sold as-is. That being said, I asked specific questions and was given misinformation. I asked if there was any known issues. I was told no. When test driving I noticed that the vehicle was a bit on the loud side at higher speeds. I was told it was the type of tire tread. After a couple days the TPMS warning system went off and I couldn't get it to reset. I went back to the dealership and they said it needed a new sensor and that I had to take it to an Acura dealership. $1056.06 later, I found that the noise was actually a bad wheel bearing and not tire tread. They said to any mechanic this would have been obvious! I also have another $2000 worth of work that needs to be done immediately! I feel like a fool for trusting what was said to me. I thought that going to a Suburban dealership would protect me from getting scammed! Wow, I was so wrong! I reached out last week to the General Manager, but have not had any response back! More

Excellent! Chandler Cawood knows the XT5 inside and out! I wouldn't be surprised if he were equally knowledgeable on all the other Cadillac models as well!
