Horrible! !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make !!!! After our salesman going back to talk to someone over and over we decided to pay sticker price including tax,title and fees. Well Garth and the man behind the curtain decided they WOULD NOT sell us the car!!!!!! Informed us they had other people looking at it that had either a trade in or were financing. Garth sweetly said it was ours if we wanted to "up" the offer!! I felt so sad for my daughter that she witnessed the gross display of greed at Russ Darrow. More

I came in the dealership at about 6:45 in the evening. I had the most horrible year so far. Even though I have less than perfect credit I would rate this dealership a hundred and fifty stars if I could. And as far as Jason PERFECT there is no words for how much i appreciate him. I came in for a test drive and was told with complete seriousness "don't crash it" by the salesperson. Funny how nobody has EVER said that to me when my husband was around. Also, they charge $3,000 in dealer fees on top of MSRP. I asked about the discount listed on the quote and the salesperson literally turned the minus into a plus sign saying that won't be offered to me. Jason also refused to negotiate. Complete rip off on top of being mistreated. Don't waste your time here. More
