Horrible! !!!! My daughter was there to buy her first car with money she'd received from her father passing away recently. After a test drive she wanted to make !!!! After our salesman going back to talk to someone over and over we decided to pay sticker price including tax,title and fees. Well Garth and the man behind the curtain decided they WOULD NOT sell us the car!!!!!! Informed us they had other people looking at it that had either a trade in or were financing. Garth sweetly said it was ours if we wanted to "up" the offer!! I felt so sad for my daughter that she witnessed the gross display of greed at Russ Darrow. More

I came in the dealership at about 6:45 in the evening. I had the most horrible year so far. Salesman Jason Merten's was wonderful above average kind patient and no pressure he was wonderful before close I had the most horrible year so far. Even though I have less than perfect credit I would rate this dealership a hundred and fifty stars if I could. And as far as Jason PERFECT there is no words for how much i appreciate him. I came in for a test drive and was told with complete seriousness "don't crash it" by the salesperson. Funny how nobody has EVER said that to me when my husband was around. Also, they charge $3,000 in dealer fees on top of MSRP. I asked about the discount listed on the quote and the salesperson literally turned the minus into a plus sign saying that won't be offered to me. Jason also refused to negotiate. Complete rip off on top of being mistreated. Don't waste your time here. More

Typical car dealer. Ready to get scammed. I don’t even know where to start with this. I suppose the beginning. This is your typical car dealership. You can expect to try to get scammed from I don’t even know where to start with this. I suppose the beginning. This is your typical car dealership. You can expect to try to get scammed from the second you walk into the second you leave. They’ll show you one price and interest-rate and then when you go to sign the paperwork‘s there will be a different price with a hugely inflated interest-rate. You’re also going to have to purchase a $2000 paint protection coating. At the time I purchased my vehicle, I was promised something by the salesman which was also backed up on Mazda USA’s website. When it came time for me to redeem what it was that I was promised, I was given nothing but hassle and run around by the dealership. I eventually received what I was promised to, but had I not been persistent I would not have. It took me 6 months of attempts to achieve this. After I received the service I was promised, I was told it would be no charge, as promised at time of purchase. When I went to go pick up my vehicle again, they tried to charge me. I feel like again, somebody who doesn’t put up a fight would’ve ended up having to pay for something they were promised for free. It would have been $500 On top of all of this, the technician disabled my navigation system while I was there so now I have to mess around and get that fixed. It’s been 5 days since the dealership told me they’d sent me my Nav chip and it still isn’t here. Finally, my car was left smelling like oil and it was not washed as part of the service was supposed to include. From start to finish the entire transaction and service was amateur at best. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Or returning for service, not even the free services. More
