Isaiah was fantastic from start to finish! My wife and I came in to look at a specific used x5 but we weren’t crazy about it with milage, color and a few other features. Before we decided to l My wife and I came in to look at a specific used x5 but we weren’t crazy about it with milage, color and a few other features. Before we decided to leave, Isaiah brought up what they had on the used lot on his laptop and showed us another car they recently got in and we decided to look at it. He brought it around and we went for a quick drive and it had everything we wanted, half the milage, a color we liked much more and a few more things we found to be added value! Every question we had about the car, Isaiah had the knowledge about it and was able to answer quickly. We fell in love with it and bought it on the spot. We asked if there was a possibility to have it delivered and he offered to do it himself and took time at the end of his shift to drive it 40 minutes south for us! Finance office was a bit backed up but once we got in, it was quick and efficient and Jason was able to answer all questions about warranties and packages we decided to buy and he was also very knowledgeable and personable Fantastic service from Isaiah, overall a great experience and would highly recommend this BMW dealership and Isaiah to others on the search for their perfect vehicle!
