I took my car in for a recall. They called me after it was finished and told the guy to leave keys with receptionist since I wouldn’t be able to make it when body shop closes at 5. They had no paperwork was finished and told the guy to leave keys with receptionist since I wouldn’t be able to make it when body shop closes at 5. They had no paperwork done so the lady had no idea what to do so she got a manager. They did offer other options but it was a inconvenience for me and needed my car. After waiting for a half hour they figured out to look at my tag number on vehicle from the work done and find the keys. The manager and receptionist were nice but the dealership was unorganized along with the call setting up for appointment. More

Very good experience! I was very impressed with Greg Tolman's follow up on questions I had. Ultimately it closed in a sale of a 2917 Kia Sorento. By 1st vehicle purchase in I was very impressed with Greg Tolman's follow up on questions I had. Ultimately it closed in a sale of a 2917 Kia Sorento. By 1st vehicle purchase in over 20 years. The entire staff worked well together to answer questions and complete the paperwork to close the sale. Very impressed!! More
