He kept the sales process smooth and enjoyable. Mark, the Used Car manager gave me a fair price for the trade in with no haggle. Derek Cavoto, Accessories Manager, was also a pleasure to work with and did not try to pressure me into a purchase I did not want but simply explained my options and how he could help me if I needed it. The Finance Manager Hamde Nassar was another great guy. He made sure I understood all of the finance paperwork and had me in and out in no time! After finishing the finance paperwork and upon taking delivery of my new truck, Service Advisor Alex Karlstedt was great with helping have the service department transfer my old tonneau cover from my trade in onto my new truck. Most importantly and the biggest Thank You goes to the General Manager Jason Latif. The most professional, honest and transparent gentleman I've come across in the automotive business. Without him I would not have had the great experience I had. Everyone from beginning to end was awesome so thank you all!
