Battery replacement Everything went well. Have never touched the battery myself since purchasing the Explorer. Checked the battery and found the positive post was cor Everything went well. Have never touched the battery myself since purchasing the Explorer. Checked the battery and found the positive post was corroded. Attempted to clean it and found the positive post moved both sideways and vertically. Left it alone and took it to my dealer to have it inspected. Never experienced this in my life and they replaced it for a $50.00 copayment after some discussion. More

Pete spent extra time, along with his finance team Jimmy and Jason and got the deal done. They got me the car I wanted, at a low rate and comfortable payment. It's not a normal sales experience when you work with Pete. It's like working with a family member, that looks out for your best interest, not just the deal. His knowledge of the business alongside the type car you are buying is amazing. He doesn't sell you car and send you on your way. It’s not secret that car salesman have a stigma/stereotype for being sneaky, making false promises, and ultimately making car shopping a nightmare. We had the pleasure of working mostly with Jason (GM) and Alex (Salesman) to find the perfect truck within a reasonable budget. We had stopped at a competitor in Matteson, Sutton Ford, and their GM was nothing short of arrogant and unhelpful. He didn’t help us explore any options, and only showed us one vehicle. We circled back to Currie in Frankfort, and Jason and Alex took HOURS out of their day to help us find the right vehicle. They showed us vehicles we would never have considered and they provided knowledgeable information as to why we should consider those trucks. We ended up walking out with a truck we didn’t initially consider, thanks to their patience and ability to think outside the box. Moreover, I wasn’t the easiest customer to work with, but they were always professional. Lastly, we ended up purchasing a car later in the evening (on a Saturday, nonetheless), and they didn’t rush or make it seem like it was a bother. Pete, another Salesman, also helped with paperwork and other tasks to speed up the process. 10/10 experience. Jason and Alex are phenomenal. More
