Jason was excellent, updated me regarding the transportation from the manufacturing plant to the dealership weekly. He also spent time teaching me many of the new features plus set up the Toyota transportation from the manufacturing plant to the dealership weekly. He also spent time teaching me many of the new features plus set up the Toyota website and CarPlay. The only minor negative is it took almost 1 1/2 hours to finalize the purchase paperwork. This needs to be reviewed and improved. I’m very pleased with Heiser and Jason, that’s for sure. More

Very happy with my purchase and knowledge of your staff. Only complaint with Toyota is that I have a brand new car with a luggage rack I will never use in my lifetime so that part was very frustrating. This is our 6th lease at Heiser. Jason went above and beyond for another 5 star experience . Colt in finance did a wonderful job.
