Financing was a painless process, and they gave me more money for my trade-in than I had anticipated. They broke down everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. I give a 4 out of 5 stars because at times they did seem a little rushed to get paperwork and things in order, that I barely had time to think and take it all in! Overall though, very genuine service, and staff that weren't even working with me treated me with the same respect as if I was their client. Job well done, and I LOVE my new car! More

Enterprise refused to pick up the car so Jason L. at Heiser followed me to Enterprise to drop off the car and he drove me back to Heiser to drive my new car home. Everyone was friendly at the dealership. After purchasing the car, Jason followed up with me and offered many times to answer questions I may have no matter when I had them. He spent 45 to 60 minutes with me going over every detail of the car. Going over what every button did and explained all the computer screens. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jason L.
