They sold my brother a car with issues! !!! BUYER BEWARE!! He only had the car for 2 weeks before it broke down. They towed it and then told him that he was responsible and the cost to repai !!! BUYER BEWARE!! He only had the car for 2 weeks before it broke down. They towed it and then told him that he was responsible and the cost to repair was over 5k! He's a professional driver.....he literally drives for a living!! He had nothing to do with why the car broke down. They literally sold him a piece of junk car and stole his money. He is not online so I'm posting this for him. Oh and when the car broke down the sales guy never called him back. Obviously he only cared about making money and not the customer. More

Ok up date on my experience after 2 weeks of having my car the clutch went out now sence its a mini and not a vw they are sending it to mini to get it checked out communication on this portion has been lacking. I don't have a vehicle to get to work and this is starting to effect life I get that your mechanic can't fix it but it hasn't moved sence friday and an update on weather or not I'm going to get stuck with a bill on a car I haven't even made a payment on yet and be screwed out of money and time and a vehicle all together it would just be nice to get some kind of info I get that u made the sale and now I don't matter but I expected mor from bommarito.ok update number 2 they took it to mini to get it check and came back and said I was responsible because the clutch flywheel and clutch fork were all burnt out I'm sorry but any mechan can tell you that kind of damage isn't going to happen in less than 400 miles unless you are abusing it at a track or something yes I'm a male I'm 38 not 16 and I'm a professional driver that's what I do for a living I needed this to get to and from work not as a toy I'm going to treat it right I really liked this car too but I was under the impression the clutch was new and disregarded the smell I think this dealer ship knew and sold the car anyway and when it broke quicker than they thought now they are just waiting me out dodging my calls and trying to wait tell I go away really bad business didn't expect this from bommarito they have always treated me right but now I'll be going to a different dealer for a new or used car not just bommarito vw don't do business with any of them because if they allow them to treat people this way they allow all of them to do this to people and its not right and they know it witch is why they are trying to ghost me its just sad really if they wanna man up and do right by me I will change all of my reviews cuz I'm not just putting it here thanks again for making my situation worse than it was when I came to you with a car that was braking down letting you know all the problems it had for you to sell me a car and not disclose the issues or when it got a major one not to do the decent thing and fix it. More

Bought a certified vw online. Sent multiple pictures back and forth. Came to a deal and bought the car looking at the CarFax in detail. No incidents reported. Bought the car and after about a month, finally had weather to wash it and found the driver side rear door is a darker color than the rest of the car! Multiple calls to my salesman and multiple emails to my salesman and a manager and all I get is crickets...No one responds back. They obviously knew it had damage enough to be painted and nobody gave me that info. Especially when I had specifically asked if there had been ANY damage. I'm dealing with their dishonesty through VW and they may have to take this car back. Either way, never buy from this dealer. They are far less than honest! More

Top notch team at Bommarito VW. Not only did they end up helping my wife and I get the exact vehicle we were looking for, but Jason and the team were also great in helping me navigate my first "leasing expe helping my wife and I get the exact vehicle we were looking for, but Jason and the team were also great in helping me navigate my first "leasing experience".
