I visited the dealership with an appointment to see a new Rav4 Prime XSE. Unfortunately they'd misinformed me about availability and there weren't any new ones on the lot. However, Jason Jenista, who was my assigned sales person, showed me a a 2022 model that had almost everything I was looking for (it didn't have the premium package, though). The test drive was great, and we completed the paperwork within about 90 minutes (cash purchase and no trade-in, so it was quite straightforward), and I picked up the car the next day after they'd had a chance to detail it. Apart from the initial disappointment of there not being any new models on the lot (which ended up saving me about $10K!) the whole experience was very smooth and easy. Jason was very friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and didn't over-do the attempts to upsell on things like extended warranty. He was very good at follow-up and I really felt supported throughout the purchase. The car itself has been a delight, and is just the PHEV experience I was looking for. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Toyota. I was sad to leave my Subaru Outback behind, but I think Toyota has the goods both in terms of their cars and their US personnel now. More

We had just a not-pleasant experience from another dealership earlier that day. After a few minutes of talking with Miguel who greeted us at the door I knew we were gonna be in good hands. Then Jason our primary dealer was very transparent and made my first car buying experience not as stressful as I pictured it out to be. He was patient and answered our questions appropriately. Jason was definitely was set on making sure I was going to be happy with my car and he did not fail. Having both of them be there and touching base with us when we came to pick up the car made it feel like we were family and I loved it. Thank you Wilsonville Toyota! More

Jan 21, 2024 We were introduced to Mr Jason Jenista, who stayed with us the entire time 2pm until 6:40pm from test drive to purchase, when we drove off with our brand new 2023 Toyota Crown. He was extremel stayed with us the entire time 2pm until 6:40pm from test drive to purchase, when we drove off with our brand new 2023 Toyota Crown. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Crown Limited’s many features. It was our first experience with a “Hybrid / All Wheel Drive” highly optioned Toyota Crown. Jason was very pleasant and patient in demonstrating all of the features’. Purchasing went quickly with “No Bull” (dealership motto lol), once we decided on the Toyota Crown. Good for the most part until the sale was over. I had to call a couple times to get my extra key fob and a scratch on the safe taken care of. He was hard to get some of after the sale was made. I also had to call to get the my engage app unconnected from the previous owner to be able to use the app. Seemed unorganized overall and too many irons in the fire. More
