I really appreciate the upfront and direct approach to purchasing a car. They don't pull the tag-team closer/sales rep back an forth that is common in other dealerships. However, something has changed at the dealership since my last purchase (almost two years ago). I used to feel confident that Wilsonville Toyota's price for the new car and my trade would be as good or better than the other local Toyota dealerships. Unfortunately, I don't have that confidence anymore. I will have to shop around for my next vehicle in order to make sure that Wilsonville Toyota has the best price. I don't fault my sales rep as I believe the policy at the dealership has changed. And I really can't fault the dealership, as they are entitled to maximize their revenue, however I now need go back to being a more engaged car shopper. More
