I drove two hours to visit this dealership, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Besides significantly overpricing their vehicles, the behavior of Jason Hubbard from the Management Department was absolutely unprofessional. After test driving a vehicle I was excited about, I sat down to review the numbers only to discover an additional $7,000 markup on top of an already inflated price well above Kelley Blue Book and fair market value. When I pointed out that this was unreasonable, Jason Hubbard spoke to me in a very condescending tone and questioned how I came up with my numbers — not realizing that I had thoroughly researched past sales of the same model with similar mileage within a 100-mile radius, using both Kelley Blue Book and comparable listings at other dealerships. The experience left me with the impression that this dealership prioritizes profit over honesty and customer respect. As a U.S. service member, I expect professionalism and transparency, neither of which I received here. More

I decided to expand my search area after receiving poor service in local dealerships. I drove 1.2 hrs to look at cars at Jenkins of Leesburg because Laurie and Eric Brandt handled my call extremely well. T service in local dealerships. I drove 1.2 hrs to look at cars at Jenkins of Leesburg because Laurie and Eric Brandt handled my call extremely well. The dealership was not crowded, so it was much easier getting assistance. Eric Brandt was very professional, patient with my requests, and addressed all of my concerns. During our test drive he stopped the car, and explained the features of the vehicle bumper to bumper. Floor manager Jason, and financing's Ismail were also great peeps. I had very different buying terms, but they handled my case swiftly, and the negotiations were as pleasant as they could have been, given the typical dealership experiences folks have. I will definitely refer my tribe over to Jenkins Leesburg. Thank you! Excellent service guys! And thank you Eric for your service! More

I saw an Altima listed for about $22k and change. I called the dealership and they confirmed that the car was still available. I decided to take a drive which was over an hour away. When I got to the d called the dealership and they confirmed that the car was still available. I decided to take a drive which was over an hour away. When I got to the dealership, I saw the car in the showroom and it had a sticker price for about 29k and change. I matched up the stock number and it was the car. When I spoke to the employees there (I think the finance manager), he stated that the price listed online was an internet price, not with all the add-ons, which was about another 7k. I was very disappointed because I drove over an hour to find out that the car was marked up. Why couldn't they just list online the price that was on the sticker to begin with. It was a waste of my time because I left work early to go see the car. I don't believe they were transparent in my opinion and it was deceptive. I would not recommend them. More

What a rude salesman. It’s surprising that dealership has kept such people to deal with customers. We went to buy a new car and had a terrible experience. He ridiculed us, and was very rude and asked us to kept such people to deal with customers. We went to buy a new car and had a terrible experience.
