I asked if it had Serious XM afraid two or three month trial and he said no so I said okay then a 6-month trial for free so when I want to try to figure out how to work it I found out that the car was not equipped with Sirius XM which I wasn't told. I would have never bought the vehicle without that because I love music and I don't have anything to listen to except the radio which sucks. Very disappointed no wonder they couldn't sell the vehicle I feel like I should have gotten a couple more thousand off of it since it was a 2024 and it didn't sell I bought it in 2025 March they just want their money and that's it very very disappointed and won't recommend anyone to go there because now when I go to sell the car they probably won't give me what the car is worth and who else is going to buy it it doesn't have Sirius XM! Disappointing Experience at Morton Mazda - Overpriced and Unfair Trade-In Practices I recently visited Morton Mazda in search of a used vehicle suitable for my family. The SUV I found initially appeared promising, offering the features and comfort I needed. However, there was a significant discrepancy in the asking price, exceeding the average market value by more than $1,000. I attempted to negotiate a reasonable price adjustment, not expecting a dramatic discount but hoping for more than the mere “It’s already competitively priced” offered. To support my request, I presented the sales representative with five comparable listings, all priced over $2,000 lower. Despite this evidence, he maintained that their vehicle was "competitively priced," which was clearly not the case. In today's market, paying above market value is simply not a sound financial decision. The dealership's valuation of my trade-in was equally disappointing. While I acknowledge my vehicle is not in pristine condition, it is in good working order. Morton Mazda offered me $2,000 less than I anticipated. To verify their offer, I obtained an instant cash offer from the same source they use, receiving $1,500 more than their valuation. When I presented this information, the sales representative simply declined my offer, which was perplexing given that I was the customer. While I understand dealerships need to make a profit, the practices I experienced felt like a blatant attempt to overcharge and undervalue. The staff was courteous, and I have no complaints about their customer service. However, their insistence on "competitive pricing" and "best car" claims seemed to mask a strategy of maximizing profit at the expense of fair dealing. I strongly advise potential buyers to conduct thorough research before purchasing from Morton Mazda. Compare prices, obtain independent valuations, and be prepared to negotiate firmly. While they may be friendly, their pricing practices are questionable. I hope this detailed account helps you make an informed decision. More

Of course, Silverado needs looked at because it’s got a 7th cylinder misfire. then the dealership I bought it from barely 3 months ago, Rich Morton Mazda in Maryland, is trying to say it’s not going to be 7th cylinder misfire. then the dealership I bought it from barely 3 months ago, Rich Morton Mazda in Maryland, is trying to say it’s not going to be covered under my warranty with whatever Casey has to do to fix it because my warranty only will be effective if the dealership I bought it from in Maryland fixes it. This place has given me nothing but trouble, still can’t even get the truck registered in VA because they didn’t have paperwork from who they bought it from when they sold it to me, and still can’t get it. Got half a mind to just bring the xxxx thing back. This place is a joke man and I’m about over it. More
