The best service in the United States, bar none. A few weeks ago, I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 STX with 36500 miles on it. Keep in mind that this vehicle was sold 'As Is'. Plain and simple, it was r A few weeks ago, I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 STX with 36500 miles on it. Keep in mind that this vehicle was sold 'As Is'. Plain and simple, it was right there on the paperwork. I signed it, knowing there was no warranty. The Dealership has a three day 100 mile exchange policy, but a fair bit of that was consumed by the trip home. I also work for the State of Tennessee from home, so I can go a week without driving anywhere. Several days after, the truck lost all power; it was dead. I pushed it to a local mechanic I trust, and contacted Jordan, my sales representative. He IMMEDIATELY got a hold of Jason, the used car sales manager. They offered to buy it back right then and there. The problem was there was nothing comparable on the lot. SO THEY OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. Take that in. Soak it in.. the Dealership OFFERED to pay 850.00 to resolve the issue, since towing it was expensive, and the truck wasn't safe to drive. I'm waiting for the check to be delivered now; evidently it got stuck in accounting. Jason and Jordan assure me that it will be issued shortly. The former owner had installed an after-market remote start, and we discovered that it'd cause the truck to go absolutely haywire if you tripped it. The HVAC would also randomly cut out. I called Jason, who asked me to bring the truck back so they could look at it. What followed next can only be described as the best service in history. I came in a truck.. so they sent me home in a loaner. They loaned me a 2019 Ford F150 with 2k miles to drive while they worked on mine. They removed the after-market remote start, replaced the HVAC control head, and even went down into the wiring loom to look for the problem.One week later, they found a damaged control wire... they split open the wiring harness and replaced that defective wire and the problem was resolved. All without charging me anything. Not a dime. NOTHING. The truck I bought was used.. and was sold 'AS IS'. At ANY point in time, they could have told me to pound sand... but they didn't. They stood by their product, and made sure it was all made right in the end. While I'm still eagerly anticipating the check's arrival, I can honestly say that this dealership has earned my loyalty, gratitude, and respect. Jason.. Jordan.. Chris... thank you, all. Stephen was outstanding as my salesman and heard where I needed to be on the price and worked to make sure the deal was amicable on both sides. Jody had me in and out in record time when it came time for all the paperwork. Jason and Ish shot straight with me and I really appreciated that. I would definitely buy from Ford Lincoln of Franklin again. More

Facility is also very comfortable - they even have a play room for kids. So far, the truck is doing great - purchased a few days ago. More
