We bought a 2022 Pacifica from this dealership. I bought it on a Friday and several things needed done to it before I picked it up. So I told them I would be back with my husband the following Th I bought it on a Friday and several things needed done to it before I picked it up. So I told them I would be back with my husband the following Thursday to pick up the vehicle. When we returned the following week on Thursday. Nothing had been fixed on the van at all, it had not been touched. We were promised two key xxxxxxand they only had one. We were promised front floor mats and some other minor things. We had to go get lunch and come back so they could do the things on the van they hadn't done. And come back. So we did. We still didn't have two key xxxxxxor the floor mats though. She said she would mail them to us. On the way home the drivers visor fell down. The 5 days later we found out the the sliding door on the passenger door window didn't work. When I called about these things/ I was told that I should have found these things out when I inspected the van and the were not taking care of these things. 2 weeks later I got the floor mats finally. Then I got the key phob a week later not programed! I then called the dealership and ask to talk to a manager and told them what I was dealing with. I spoke to Jason and explained everything to him. We live approx. 2 hours from them. Jason let us take our van to a local dealership and paid for fixing all the problems. I am so grateful to Jason for taking care of us. Because I was at my whit's end and now my van is wonderful and it is all because of Jason. Thank you so very much Jason! More

Please stay far away from this dealership. Service is crappy and please read the reviews. Service manager and General Manager do not care about what is going on and according to reviews will o Service is crappy and please read the reviews. Service manager and General Manager do not care about what is going on and according to reviews will only respond if you go public. Looking to do a class action law suit, there are enough sketchy dealings with this dealership that it is more than likely to happen to them....again! BEWARE! RUN FAR AWAY. They take no accountability what so ever! They will scam you out of your money. Service department will ruin your vehicle to keep money coming in. I would bet money that those giving 5 stars are fake!! More
