Jim and Jason were very helpful. I was there really early due to having to hop on a meeting and they still got me out quickly. Jim noted that he will not bother me if I am still on my meet. Overpriced Service I have a brand new Mazda3 from this dealership. Service has been good, however be warned that they cannot simply rotate your tires complementary with I have a brand new Mazda3 from this dealership. Service has been good, however be warned that they cannot simply rotate your tires complementary with your free oil changes during the initial warranty period. They charge $50 for a tire rotation! Overpriced! You'd think after spending almost $30K on a vehicle they could at least rotate some tires twice a year, it's pretty easy to do! One way they Nickle and Dime you! More

Go to their website or stop by the dealership to check out all the new safety features! The car hugs the road. The design is beautiful inside and outside. Anne Brick was outstanding in explains all the features and taking me on test runs of all the different models. Anne was very professional, personable and a good listener. Everyone at the dealership is very helpful, professional and personable. I have used their service department for years and it is one of the reasons I chose Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda to buy my new car. Jim Cruz and Jason George provide excellent service and keep my cars in top working order. I highly recommend the whole dealership and Mazda cars! More

Great service! I bought my MX-5 in 2011 and bring it in for service twice a year to have my snow tires and summer tires swapped out plus routine maintenance. I alway I bought my MX-5 in 2011 and bring it in for service twice a year to have my snow tires and summer tires swapped out plus routine maintenance. I always wait for the service in their clean, well-lit waiting area upstairs just off the showroom. Clean bathrooms, 2 TVs, great Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, fresh coffee, hot water, tea, desks, couches, comfy chairs and tables. In fact, I look forward to my brief islands of peace and quiet in Morrie's waiting room. Great employee retention - I know most by face or name and they actually seem to know me. I drive my car into the receiving area, someone comes out and checks me in, they send me upstairs with a time estimate that's usually right on. And the costs of service are very reasonable. Would never take my car anywhere else. Oh, and they wash my car every time! More
