I got the car, used only Sunday to figure out it does not have the safety features I am looking for. I came back Monday, which is yesterday and they told me nothing can be done. Carlos the Financial manger helped me to do the switch. But he told me the dealer will charge you $495 as those are the documents fees that been paid to NY state and they are non refundable. The staff is polite, professional. I will call NY-DMV TO TRY TO REFUND THOSE $495 as the car tires in a bad condition and they need to be switched ASAP. More
