Purchased a Volvo S60 car on March 1, 2024 was promised in writing by Sale Rep DwVaughn B and Sale Manager Jason D some cosmetic fixes to the vehicle. I was given the total run around that they were no lon in writing by Sale Rep DwVaughn B and Sale Manager Jason D some cosmetic fixes to the vehicle. I was given the total run around that they were no longer going to hold up to their promise that they made in writing. After 10 plus phone calls & no resolution I reached out to Volvo corporate headquarters. They sent the request to the incorrect dealership and nobody seems to know how to handle it. It’s rather simple and I am very unhappy. As a LOYAL Volvo purchaser, I’ve owned 7 Volvo cars over the past 10 years. I have still not gotten a response back from the Princeton Dealership nor Corporate Volvo. This is a warning to everyone, Princeton Volvo is most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Please go to Cherry Hill or Wynn Volvo and get a way better deal & customer service!! More

Brian Kennedy, who has not been reviewed here, is one of my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some ver my service advisors who graciously took over for Emerson Cambara, with whom I have also enjoyed working- was out sick. He assisted me with some very difficult service issues on a rare '06 S60 R project car I own. I even made a sales offer on a demo/loaner and he took time out of his busy schedule to walk over and present it to the sales department which was way over his pay grade. He has been excellent in his communication , getting back to me within a short period of time when I've contacted him. He is exceptional at his attempts to resolve anything I throw at him, but especially in advising me should I purchase any other Volvo 'unicorns' as I am a very atypical performance-oriented Volvo enthusiast. The team at service there with Brian & Emerson, as well as Shannon and Laura, is extremely pleasant in the way they both answer the phone and relay information. For this reason I will not service my Volvos anywhere else. More

Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle pu Princeton Volvo should be on your list. Between Mike (GM) and Kathy (Sales), they will take as much time as you need to assist you in your vehicle purchase. Our 1st XC60 had a small issue that should not be happening. Mike was a man of his word and took the vehicle back, no questions asked. Because of that honesty, I purchased not one but 2 more XC60’s. Recently I wanted to upgrade one of them to a XC90. Mike and Kathy said that it might take a while to find one that has the options I was looking for. It took over 6 months but a call came directly from Mike, my XC90 was found and it would fit into my budget. I could not be happier. If you are in the market for a vehicle, look at Volvo and give Princeton Volvo a call. More

I did my research online and Princeton Volvo had the best prices on some great used cars. After setting up my appointment with Claire Hood, I took a one hour and 15 minute drive from Bethlehem, PA. Claire was so kind and knowledgeable. She gave me personal attention while I know she was juggling multiple tasks. I never felt like it was a waste of my time to make the drive nor feel like I was not getting attention while at the dealer. I purchased the car and two days later I went back down to pick it up. A minor issue was taken car taken care of. Joselyn was very patient explaining the car app and features of the car, and Jose made the transaction as expeditious as possible. I definitely will look to Princeton Volvo for my next car. More
