I have been to Right Honda twice. First time was good but I didn't appreciate how we were treated towards the end of buying our car. I notice both times I called they gave me an appointment but there were no warm greetings or Mrs. so an so thanks for you choosing our service and nothing was friendly. It felt like I was talking to a computer. I asked if she needed to verify you had the right person. She says, oh I know by your phone number. It doesn't matter its call customer service especially if they bought a car from you. We are human and should be treated that way. More

The car business is evolving and as such the experience we had at Right Honda was excellent… every staff member was friendly and professional, the store was clean, the price we paid was very fair, our sale we had at Right Honda was excellent… every staff member was friendly and professional, the store was clean, the price we paid was very fair, our salesman, Adam, was forthright, open, honest, transparent, and friendly, and then the finance manager made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Jason Decker and his team went over and beyond excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door. I’m not a big fan of dealerships, but they have changed my mind! They took their time with us to make sure that my daughter with her first experience of buying a car .she got everything she wanted at the price she could afford.
