Ni Hao! My name is Jason Chen and I was born in Xiamen, China in 1972. As a young boy I left China in 1977 to reside in Hong Kong until my family and I were able to move to the United States in 1980. I currently live in Queens, NY and have been living in New York for the past 25 years. I am able to speak 5 different dialects of Chinese. My time here in the Untied States has transitioned me into many different fields. My first job was with my father who owned a Chinese food restaurant. From there I became greatly interested in the sales field. I sold many different products, but nothing compared to the automobile industry. I first started out in a car leasing company and quickly worked my way up to becoming a car salesman here at Helms Bros. Mercedes Benz for almost 7 years. Every year I sponsor the hole in one golf outing for the Chinese World Journal. I like to spend time with my wife and two children's and go on family vacations. Excellent dealer and customer service experience! I recently purchased a GLC300 4Matic. Jason Chen was very helpful and in finding one for me even though the model was not out yet. He kept me updated I recently purchased a GLC300 4Matic. Jason Chen was very helpful and in finding one for me even though the model was not out yet. He kept me updated too on when it would arrive at the dealership. I ended receiving the GLC the 1st day it was released. Jason also helped by answering all my questions and worked with me throughout the process. He is very easy to work with and will help in any way he can. I would recommend him and Helms Bros. More

My first Mercedes Benz - wonderful experience at Helms Bros. I was driving a BMW X3 but not too happy with it. I walked in Helms Bros. & met Jason as recommended by my friend. I asked for a similar size 4x4 SUV I was driving a BMW X3 but not too happy with it. I walked in Helms Bros. & met Jason as recommended by my friend. I asked for a similar size 4x4 SUV since I am tiny. He recommended GLA & GLK. Jason is very polite, friendly, professional, patient & knowledgeable about all Mercedes models. I went back next day with my husband to test drive. He cleaned up the snow & offered us a test drive on GLA, GLK & C300. I had chosen the loaded GLK350 & picked up 2 days later. Jason was so patient to teach us how to use our first Mercedes. It was great pleasure to have Jason to assist us. We had wonderful experience with Jason at Helms Bros.
