Ni Hao! My name is Jason Chen and I was born in Xiamen, China in 1972. As a young boy I left China in 1977 to reside in Hong Kong until my family and I were able to move to the United States in 1980. I currently live in Queens, NY and have been living in New York for the past 25 years. I am able to speak 5 different dialects of Chinese. My time here in the Untied States has transitioned me into many different fields. My first job was with my father who owned a Chinese food restaurant. From there I became greatly interested in the sales field. I sold many different products, but nothing compared to the automobile industry. I first started out in a car leasing company and quickly worked my way up to becoming a car salesman here at Helms Bros. Mercedes Benz for almost 7 years. Every year I sponsor the hole in one golf outing for the Chinese World Journal. I like to spend time with my wife and two children's and go on family vacations. Smooth Transaction My wife and I were interested in a specific model. When we spoke to Jason about it, he was able to secure the car from out of state. 2016 g550 Got Problem since first day My name is Juan zheng , I got a demo g550 from Jason Chen few month ago, since first day I got the car , the steering wheel was not center , takes 4 My name is Juan zheng , I got a demo g550 from Jason Chen few month ago, since first day I got the car , the steering wheel was not center , takes 4 times makes steering wheel center , 2-3 months later I found water leak from the sunroof, I bring the car to the service center , they told me is not leak , car running good same as Factory design , this morning I found the water leak at same spot !!! Super piss off ! Jason told me he only sales the car , not makes the car . Don’t know what to do with this now , hope someone can help me . More

There are many good sale person but not this one we considered two Mercedes-Benz dealers whom are nearby our house, Helms Bros and Ralley. We finally bought a new GLE350 from Helms Bros' Jason Chen. we considered two Mercedes-Benz dealers whom are nearby our house, Helms Bros and Ralley. We finally bought a new GLE350 from Helms Bros' Jason Chen. It turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We got a fair price for a moderate equipped 2016 GLE350 after a marathon-styled negotiation. It's frustrated. Then picked up the car a few days later that was the nightmare began unfolded. We didn't look over the car very carefully on site.The next day we found out it has minor scratch here and there. The bumper looked like had been removded and put back for some reasons. We believed consumers should have been informed these issues at the first place instead of being fooled. We, as consumers, are vulnerable because we are have too much trust on the dealer. We have bought cars before but certainly it's the least pleasure have ever experienced. We do think honesty is very important for a business. We do hope they think the same way as we do. More
