I was visiting my daughter after my Buick stalled on I 295. The service manager worked me into a full schedule and did a full check of the computer, ignition, and fuel systems. My first time dealing with an auto repair on my own and I admittedly had very little knowledge of how to describe the issue my car was having or what to expect. Jason helped me feel at ease and guided me thr admittedly had very little knowledge of how to describe the issue my car was having or what to expect. Jason helped me feel at ease and guided me through the process. He fought to have my repair covered under warranty and was sincere and honest that it might not happen, but he would try his best. Ultimately, most of the repair was covered! He made me laugh along the way and was a joy to work with! More

Very confusing group to work with, unorganized, took days to even diagnose the problem. I will avoid the service group completely going forward.
