Even when we had no means to go to the dealership, Tim volunteered to pick us up from our home that’s over 1 hour away from the dealership! Not to mention the awesome stories shared by Tim in his younger days that felt, to us, like reading a book which made the long drive a pleasant trip. Speaking of pleasant, everyone who entertained us in the dealership were every well-mannered. I have never heard of that kind of service before. Definitely 5/5 star service! Signing the papers and closing the deal was as smooth as silk! Jason was very detailed in explaining the process and/or the purpose of each page i was signing. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Any questions I had were answered and, while I was offered additional items for my vehicle like gap coverage, warranties for other compone courteous.
