They were willing to honor their online quotes, they had the package on the car I wanted, and the guys there seemed honest enough. As soon as I let my rep know that I wanted to proceed with the deal things started to go south. When I had initially negotiated the price, I put a deposit to hold the vehicle, signed some preliminary paperwork, and my rep mentioned that this way I could sign the final agreements, and pick up the car a few days later and avoid making multiple trips back and forth. I had made an appointment with their finance rep over the phone, and after driving over an hour in rush hour traffic to be on time, ended up having to sit and wait 45 minutes to be seen because the only finance rep was with another customer. When I did meet with someone, they informed me that my trade/buyout of my current lease was $400 more than we had been using in our initial calculations, and they weren’t willing to cover that cost. If they had called me with this information after confirming the actual buyout price, I would have been much less annoyed and taken some further time to consider the deal without having to be taken by surprise, and possibly would have walked from the deal knowing they wouldn’t have covered the additional expense. I was then told that I wouldn’t be able to drive the car home that night as my rep had initially said, since they’d need to get it registered and inspected. So I set up a date that Saturday morning to take delivery of the car. I’m 45 mins into my drive to the dealer to pick it up and the manager calls me and says they’re having trouble getting the car registered under my name with the RMV and they’d need to go to the RMV on Tuesday in-person to process the registration. Knowing that I was coming Saturday morning for my delivery, one would think this would’ve been taken care of the day before, and the RMV would then have been open to do anything necessary in-person. So I go again the day that they’re able to successfully register the car, and had to wait another 45 mins for them to get my car ready for delivery (again, with them aware of my appointment to pick it up). On top of it all, they still forgot to get a Mass inspection sticker on the car, and they said I could do it over the course of the next 7 days closer to home and they’d reimburse me with a check. So basically I made my first month payment and couldn’t drive the car home until a week later, and also paid their doc fee just to have to do the legwork of going to get my own state inspection. These guys just really need to get their act together. My past car buying/leasing experiences have been much more smooth, and I won’t be visiting any dealer in this auto group in the near future, and recommending friends in the area to do the same. More

Terrible service Customer service was great before the sale and then it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We were there on a Saturday evening and w Customer service was great before the sale and then it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. We were there on a Saturday evening and were suppose to come in on Monday with a bank check to pick up the vehicle. There was rim damage that was suppose to be fixed when I picked it up on Monday. I get there on Monday and not only are the rims not done but now there is front bumper damage that was not there on the Saturday. He then promises that the rims and the bumper will be fixed. No appointment is scheduled. He tells me to drop the car off the following Wednesday and when I get there the service department has no idea I am there and there is no loaner car available. I finally get an appointment for the following Tuesday. It takes another week for the work to be done and when I finally get the car back the nissan emblem was removed and never replaced. We talk to the sales manager who promises to order a new one and arrange for the car to be picked up the following Tuesday. It is now Wednesday night and no phone call regarding the car. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and would never recommend buying a car from this dealership. More

Love the sales guy amazing energy knowledgeable Jason in that short time I feel like he was family that how amazing he is I will recommend him any time the delear need more of him !! Every body was very attentive but the last guy the one the files the paper word very dishonest greedy and selfish and smell like cigarettes I truly belive people like him give a bad name to the dealer if wasn’t for Jason and the manager I honestly would walk out the finance guy need to grow or get out simple and stop being so sneake wanting ti ruined people lives for a few dollars Jason did an exelente work building a relaship with me I feel the I was buying from family when the finance guy became greedy and stupit wanting to closed base on lies I want to walk out but I was feeling bad for j because this guy he was willing to destroy his team mates for his profit because of the bad expiriance on financing I will be reviewing my paper work diligently and if I find something the it was add on with out my knowledge and understanding I will be going back I hope this words don’t detroy the hard work of Jason and his manager thank you Godbless !!!!
