I went to get a flat tire fixed and was told by Jasmine

He claimed I needed a new tire and they had one in stock. Well against my better judgment I went ahead and got the new tire replacement, which Jasmine claimed would have a two year road hazard warranty on it, and seeing that tire has already had two nails in it. Well when I got home and looked at the tire, it didn’t even look like a new tire. After sleeping on it I was told by God to check the year of the tire, which I did and the tire was made in 2021. She sold me a three year old tire, which I’m not sure she knew or should have known at this point, that’s the only reason she got a five. But if she had known I probably would have gave her no stars! I went back today and she wasn’t there but talked to Tom Swedberg, who was really helpful and ordered me a new tire to replace the three year one they sold me, Could I trust these people again, I don’t know at this point, but I feel Tom Swedberg would make it right, but there shouldn’t of been a screw up to begin with such as this that he has to make right with the customer!
