Rob and Mike were the two salespeople at Woody who helped me with my car purchase. I had a great experience buying a car at Woody which I can't say for too many dealerships I've been to over the years I've b me with my car purchase. The price for the truck was fair, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous offer they gave me on my trade-in, which was higher than I expected. Jarvis was both friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the truck and followed up with me multiple times after I took possession of the truck to ensure everything was going smoothly and to answer any additional questions I had. His dedication and customer service after the sale were truly impressive. Overall, I could not be more satisfied and won't hesitate to return to this dealership in the future. More

On July 24,2024 we went to see if we could get a vehicle don’t get me wrong Jarvis was helpful in showing me vehicles and what I wanted but when it came time to sit and talk about price at no point was I as don’t get me wrong Jarvis was helpful in showing me vehicles and what I wanted but when it came time to sit and talk about price at no point was I asked for my social security to run credit report but Jarvis said Jeremey his manager gave him form that had payment o formation which yet I was questioning he told me my monthly payments would be close to one thousand a month and that for my car they would give me what was owed so I wouldn’t have a negative equity but then with taxes and all car would be 54,000.00 when car was 43,000 and when I added up everything monthly payments for 84 months it was going to come out to 83,000.00 when I said no that ridiculous it’s like I’m paying for the truck and what owed on my car plus more I asked how did you come up with all these numbers no explanation was given but ok if you don’t want it we understand you come back when you are ready both I and my husband were going to get vehicles but with that kind of assistance there’s no way I am super upset because at no point Jeremey refused to explain to me and then when I called back and asked for a explanation Jeremy said look I will send you link through email and text fill out and let me see what I can do. I mean don’t you do that when your at the dealership and I’ve never had anyone say you have to put money down no you don’t I’ve gone to other dealerships and they dont make you put money down and Jarvis 5000 down will help your monthly payments go down extremely how does he know if they aren’t even running credit. Honestly this all seemed super weird and after wasting time there for nothing because they literally refused to help once we said no money was going to be put down attitudes changed with a snap of fingers. We were so looking forward to owning a gmc truck as we never owned any kind of gmc vehicle and with the experience we had I honestly think we will never own one WHAT A SHAME AND WHAT UNPROFESSIONAL PART ON BOTH JARVIS AND JEREMY PART FOR NOT PROPERLY TAKING CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS More
