I switched to your service department because of Mr. Elder’s consistent excellent service. He listens and explains in detail what services my car will receive and why. He then gives me an approximate time the service will be completed. It is always ready ahead of schedule. I like Mondays at 6:30 AM however I always get there 30-40 minutes earlier. Mr. Elder is always there by 6 AM. Once he has set up everything he takes customers. Clone him because he is the best. More

purchased a 2025 Toyota Corolla, and due to the dealership’s negligence, the car had issues from the start. When I spoke to a manager over the phone, they assured me they would take care of it. How dealership’s negligence, the car had issues from the start. When I spoke to a manager over the phone, they assured me they would take care of it. However, after driving over 100 miles back to the dealership, they failed to resolve the issue. It became clear that the management does not care about their customers. Overall, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. They are more focused on financial gain than on customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Al Hendrickson Toyota to anyone looking for a professional and transparent car-buying experience. The dealership should be responsible for paying for a paint correction to my car, as it is a new vehicle and has numerous scratches all over. I have observed used cars in better condition. More
