I recently took my 2019 Camry in for regular service, oil change. They called me and told me I needed #1 Economy front brake pads resurfacing front brake rotors. Rotors are glazed and have deep groves. #2 B change. They called me and told me I needed #1 Economy front brake pads resurfacing front brake rotors. Rotors are glazed and have deep groves. #2 Brake fluid exchange. #3 ALL drive belts need to be replaced. #4 3 part Induction service. And gave me a quote of $925.37. When I said just do the oil change. I was told, "You mean you are going to drive this car out knowing it needs brakes" i said yes. Took my car directly to my, 5 star repair, shop that I have been dealing with for 40 year + years, (after my warrentee expired) had it checked out and was told everything checked out fine. Still had at least 50% left on brake pads. To add insult to injury, that afternoon got a call from one of their salesman asking me if I wanted to upgrade my car as they have some great deals going on. WHAT A SCAM. Neadless to say I won't be going back. BEWARE! PS: Oil change before was given an estimate for $397 which MY repair shop said I only needed 1 minor thing that cost me $179. Lost all respect for this dealership, Coconut Creek. More

Etienne was an amazing sales representative. Nikoli we had encountered a few days prior on or around August 8th as we had inquired about a 2021 Nissan Armada. Initially he was fine but after we Nikoli we had encountered a few days prior on or around August 8th as we had inquired about a 2021 Nissan Armada. Initially he was fine but after we expressed the desire to pay cash for the vehicle he told us that meant nothing. Because of the experience we decided to seek out another sales representative. Nikoli was unprofessional, arrogant, and intimidating. He confronted us during the buying process with Etienne on August 11th where we sat in the cubicle and stated " so you're back." He was condescending and his comments were demeaning. Etienne had decided to step away from the cubicle so both my spouse and I could discuss our options. My eyes gazed forward from my spouse and saw Nikoli making hand gestures to Etienne. Etienne ignored him. We have been going to AL hendricksons for 20 years and I must say a lot has changed and not for the better. Also Jared in service was outstanding in his work a few years ago but he has also changed. We initially took our 2005 pathfinder for repair as it was not starting on August 8th. Jared was very communicative and told us the price of the repair which was around 1300.00 on August 10th. We paid over the and went to pick up the vehicle on Sunday August the 11th. However the car wouldn't start. They service rep, a lady offered to jump the car so we could leave and we declined. How can you jump the car for us to go home? that means it was not fixed. We had a conversation with Norman and he stated he would speak to Jared on Monday August 12 as Jared was off. On Monday Jared called and we expressed that we would be trading the car and inquired about a refund for the money we paid to fix the car. He said he would get back in touch with us. I called Jared for over 1 week while sending text messages and he did not respond. I finally decided to call him from work and he picked up. I was very disappointed. He apologized. I told him even though the response may not have been favorable you should have still responded. This review is not punitive but it's an opportunity to improve the processes in this organization. Norman could have also reached regarding our request and offer an explanation. Consumers have lots of choices to purchase vehicles online etc, if someone drives to your dealership there is a reason behind it. Please use this review to improve on customer service skills which is key in business. More

I had to bring my new car, 10 days ago, in so the insulation under the hook and over the engine could be replaced. It was all torned up by probably gophers in your parking lot. An inspection would have discovered this problem. More
