Redemption I've visited Crown Hyundai on a number of occasions. Typically I would make an appointment for an oil change, and I would be left waiting for over an I've visited Crown Hyundai on a number of occasions. Typically I would make an appointment for an oil change, and I would be left waiting for over an hour. I recall one time I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation that took nearly two hours. Aside from the unusually long wait times, I've never had a problem with Crown Hyundai, but the exceedingly long wait times really bothered me. Today I brought my car in for a TSB repair. I knew that my car was 7,000 miles out of warranty, and I am not the original owner. A few weeks ago, I was informed that the repair would cost $250. I decided to wait (since there was no safety issue involved), but the noise created by a deteriorated rubber coupling continued to get worse. I decided today that I needed to get it fixed. I set an appointment and was helped by Jarett Ziemak. He informed me that the repair takes about two hours, and that there were two other recalls on my car that would likely take another two hours. I brought work to do while I waited, so I sat down for a four hour wait. After two hours, Jarett says that my car is done. Not only that, but he spoke with the Manager who agreed to make a good faith repair on my car. Being a repeat customer, Crown Hyundai decided to take care of me in a big way. I couldn't be more appreciative of what Jarett and Crown did for me. More

Crown Hyundai serves their customers well! This being the 3rd time I have purchased a car from a Crown dealer, I was extremely happy with my recent purchase at Crown Hyundai. Most notable were the salesperson, Amy, who worked tirelessly to get me a fantastic deal, the lady in the finance office (Jessica or Jennifer) who got an excellent finance rate for me with GMAC, despite hurdles we had to jump, and, after having had my first oil change this last week, I am equally as happy with Jarett and the service department. I will always have my service done at Crown and will be back for future purchases. Kudos to Hyundai Motors as well. This is my first Hyundai (Santa Fe) and my family and I are extremely happy with the quality, features and warranty. More

Mr. Ziemak did an excellent job facilitating my radio replacement! Everything about my whole experience at Crown Hyundai was wonderful, the staff was very courteous, the work was done in a very timely m replacement! On December 5th I visited Crown Hyundai of St. Pete due to an issue with my airbag light on. Mr. Jarrett Ziemac told me that they had no issues fixing my car at no cost due to that it seemed that Brandon H to an issue with my airbag light on. Mr. Jarrett Ziemac told me that they had no issues fixing my car at no cost due to that it seemed that Brandon Hyundai had supposed fixed the issue prior of me buying the vehicle 16 month ago. He said that even though was more than 12 month ago that he would call Hyundai manufacturer to see if help from them was available. He called me 2 days later and informed me that the manufacturer had no issue fixing the issue and that the original part was updated. I asked Mr. Ziemac if there would be an issue taking my car to the original place of purchase and getting it fixed at Brandon Hyundai. Not a problem!!!! Yeah right!!! So I did. On Dec 11 I took my vehicle to Brandon Hyundai and explained the situation. After 4 hours of waiting, they come back and said, "Sorry but we can not help you" "part is out of warranty" I explained what I had spoken to Mr. Ziemac at Crown Hyundai and they told me, " we do not care what other people say" "it is how it is" I expressed my thoughts about the whole situation to the service manager and he also said " I can not help you". After all, this comes from the dealer who sold me the car. On Dec 13th, I decided to take my car to Crown Hyundai again and see if the could help. What you know, they actually fixed my car and without charge to me. They even when above and washed my car inside and out. I thought I might have had to pay for some labor or part but, no, they explained to me that manufacturer knew this problem with that specific part and that there was no charge. All they asked was to become a repeat customer in the future. For that, I sure will consider them first before anybody next time I am in need of a new vehicle or any service needed. It is totally incredible to me that, a total stranger company would go the extra mile to help you but, the ones that you thought they would, gives you the cold shoulder and experience such a bad service, after you make a purchase. So, I would have to say to all the people in the process of purchasing a Hyundai vehicle, "Do not go to Brandon Hyundai, Bad service" and if you want to be treated like a good customer, "Go to Crown Hyundai in St. Pete". Jarett was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about my hyundai elantra. He fixed one of my issues by resetting the stereo and explained how to do it if the problem was ever to recur. My car wouldn't start when I tried to leave work on Tuesday. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai and met with Jarett when I arrived. I informed him that I was probably going to have to call out of the se Tuesday. I had it towed to Crown Hyundai and met with Jarett when I arrived. I informed him that I was probably going to have to call out of the second part of my shift that night. He asked me to wait to see if he could get the car in for me quick. They took my car in to service almost immediately. It ended up being a lever that needed to be replaced in the starter. They fixed it in less than an hour and a half and I was able to make it back to work ON TIME... Jarett is an awesome service advisor and all the guys in service are great as well! I really do appreciate the quickness with which they took care of my car and the friendliness with which they did it. I am very satisfied and will definitely be bringing my car back for any service issues. Thanks again, Shane Schonholtz More
