After 2 hours, I managed to get Treasure Coast to match the price I got online. When I asked if they could do any better, Jarrett talked to me like I was somehow bothering him. He told me they sold 20 cars that day, and didn't need to sell another. He then told me to "take it or leave it." I left it. We had the pleasure of having Anthony Sicilia as our sales person, Julian Dunleavy as our finance/paperwork guy, and Eddie(?) as our new vehicle feature teacher. Anthony provided good information, good communication, was organized, and ultimately helped us broker a fair enough deal. Julian was prepared, organized, methodical, knowledgeable, informative , friendly, and respectful (which seems very hard to find in people that do his job). Eddie helped us to understand the car features so we could immediately start to use the new to us features. I would buy here again and ask to deal with the same crew which says a lot. The dealership was clean and all the staff were pleasant. The vehicle we purchased was in perfect condition/fresh off the truck/as ordered. . We love Toyota and have owned many in our lifetime. We strayed only briefly but learned quickly our lesson & are now back on brand for life. There was far less haggling at this dealership (which we appreciated) vs. at BevSmith Kia where we had an absolutely horrific experience buying my last vehicle. A gripe we have about Southeast Florida Toyota Distributors is they tack on ToyoGaurd Platinum which is supposed to be optional (vs. regular ToyoGuard which is complimentary) - this adds $699 to the bill which cannot apparently be taken off (which is xx.) we will directly write to Toyota about this practice and we wish Treasure Coast Toyota elect to decline this add of like Earl Stewart Toyota does. It is not mandatory and can be added on by the customer if desired. More

I was having a nightmare of a day when my Audi broke down. I left it at the Audi dealership, and Max from your store picked me up. It felt like I was being rescued from the enemy. Max, the new car salesman, exceeded all my expectations. I called late in the evening about a car I saw on website, which unfortunately was recently sold. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, which had all the extras I wanted. Even when it didn’t look like we could come to the numbers I felt comfortable with, he remained very professional. He gave it one last try with the finance manager and they got me a better deal than my preapproval with another lender. I will definitely recommend Max and Toyota of Stuart to all my friends and family. Was a great experience all around! More

Chris was professional, patient and willing to deal with me for an hour and a half of negotiations.
