He provided very thorough explanation regarding all aspects of the ordering and delivery process. Customer service was also excellent. I ordered mud flaps which were not initially installed. The oversight was remedied with installation done while I waited. The job was done quickly and to standard. Also, I visited four other dealerships in the Dallas Metro area and none can compare to the standard of service provided by Sam Pack's Five Star Ford both in sales and service. I will highly recommend Five Star Ford to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. I will definitely do business with Five Star Ford on any future Ford vehicle purchases. More
