I asked her did someone one send her to me and she stated yes. I love Toyota cars, but not this dealership nor will I refer anyone. More

Buyer Beware My review shows 1plus stars. I only gave it 1 star BYER BEWARE IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR FROM ARLINGTON TOYOTA!!! I bought a 2018 Highlan My review shows 1plus stars. I only gave it 1 star BYER BEWARE IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR FROM ARLINGTON TOYOTA!!! I bought a 2018 Highlander from Arlington Toyota. After we agreed on a price I was taken to the finance guy to complete the sale. He showed me a series of columns with options (extended warrantees) which I refused as way too expensive. He finally showed me the last column which was a 100k mi/ 8 yr extended warrantee with a 6 yr (after ToyotaCare ended) maintenance agreement for $2356. I finally said ok.When I was reading through my paperwork when I got home I see where he charged me an additional $1074 for the Maintenance contract. He presented them as a package never once saying they were sold separately. $1074 dollars was never mentioned once. I went back the next day to cancel the warrantees. I asked him if they were going to issue a refund check as I had paid for them and he told me it would be credited back to Toyota finance and they would recalculate my payment. A few days later I called Toyota financing and asked if they had received the refund and calculated my new payment. I was told they hadn't received the $3430 and they would not recalculate the payment, it would just be taken off the principle. I didn't want this almost $600 car payment from the beginning but thought for the money he quoted me $2356, maybe it was worth it...not. So, after calling the Arlington they agreed to re-write the loan. I'm thinking all is well...not so fast. They charged me exorbitant $1885 on the sticker price for Floor Mats, Window Tint (which it already has), Nitrofill Nitrogen w/free refills (which I've gotten for free at Costco for years), and a 3 year Key Replacement Plan. Yup...all this for $1885. Even if you price these things separately on other Toyotas, it comes to about half that. Anyway, my low tire light came on and I call Coggin Toyota to have it refilled as they are much closer to me. They told me I have to take it to Arlington Toyota as they have a different program. I called Arlington Toyota and told them I wanted a refund for that portion of this Extra Add-on Package as it's not recognized by all Toyota dealers (though it doesn't say so) and I'm told to just bring it to Arlington because they will refund nothing. So, if you're thinking of buying from Arlington Toyota, I think you can do a lot better elsewhere. More
