My sales representative, Dan, was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and, most importantly, never made me feel pressured. Rather than trying to sell me something I wasn’t interested in, he took the time to provide information, answer my questions, and explain my options so I could make the decision that was right for me. Dan also went above and beyond by calling me the moment the exact vehicle I was looking for arrived on the lot. In a challenging market for new and used vehicles, that made all the difference and allowed me to purchase the vehicle I had been looking for. I also want to recognize the financing manager, who was equally great to work with. He took the time to walk me through everything in detail, explain each option clearly, and make sure I understood what I was signing. I never felt rushed or pressured. The pricing was reasonable and fair, and the entire process was straightforward and enjoyable from beginning to end. I genuinely loved my experience at Ken Ganley Toyota.
