Took it in for a first service and had a great easy experience. The TPMS sensor was not showing up properly after leaving so we took it back and they fixed it in minutes. Great job! experience. I was initially told that a part needed to be ordered until I pointed out that the part was across the street at Advanced Auto Parts. So a three day wait became same day service. Which was fine in and of until I pointed out that the part was across the street at Advanced Auto Parts. So a three day wait became same day service. Which was fine in and of itself. Then I was given a quote that was three percent less than what I was charged because of a secondary 'credit card fee' that wasn't disclosed in the quote. I was then made to feel like the bad when both Jared and the cashier tried to justify this shadiness by saying everyone in multiple states does business this way. No they don't. I put 75k on credit cards every year and never have felt so ambushed. Jared even went as far to say the businesses in Virginia Beach all do this which they don't since I'm from there. You got your 3%. Feel proud of yourselves. I'll trade in my 105k car and shop for a Toyota. And not look back at Chevy in North Canton. More

Especially since you do not I run a business, taking cards is part of running a business. Charging customers for using cards is cheesy and not right. Especially since you do not have signs saying that when you check in. The amount of sales you can lose due to upsetting customers with charges will out pace the fees the card companies charge. I have been in business for 50 years and having the convenience of credit cards increased sales without costing the consumer more. My rates stand at under 2% for the volume we do. Charging 3% just pockets more money into your account. More
