I had a break booster warning come up on my A5. I text my sales agent Jaramy Lalonde to ask about it. I heard back from her immediately and she asked if I could bring my car in the next morning. I I text my sales agent Jaramy Lalonde to ask about it. I heard back from her immediately and she asked if I could bring my car in the next morning. I arrived the next morning and jordan in Service was fab. 1st he explain to me what the warning was about and why it was so important that we check it out then e explained how much extended warranty worked. Then he handed me over to Greg and he got me into my loaner asap. Everything was so easy. I love my Audi dallas team. Thank you Jaramy, Jordan, and Greg. I appreciate all your help More

My experience here was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The facilities are fantastic. The process was smooth and calm. We did not plan to bring our kiddo with us, but life happens. The staff was so accomodating and did not make him feel out of place. While I was purchasing a used car, you would not be able to tell by the way this car was detailed and conditioned. Not all dealerships are this way! I would return here for another purchase in the future. More
