Dre sold me a lemon & Mr. Bob Hurst didn’t honor their warranty. I purchased a 2nd vehicle from them after my 1st one was involved in a rollover car accident. The first car wa Bob Hurst didn’t honor their warranty. I purchased a 2nd vehicle from them after my 1st one was involved in a rollover car accident. The first car was very nice. The 2nd car they sold me within the 1st week I was smelling smoke & had to take it back for them to resolve the issue. The vehicle was picked back up and all seemed to be fine & within a couple months same thing happened again & I was getting my oil changes specifically through them in order to keep your warranty you have to. I took it back to have it looked at & was told it was too many leaks for them to fix? Well why would you sell me a vehicle knowing it had numerous leaks. I will never buy a car from them ever again & if you don’t want to get scammed by purchasing a lemon I suggest you don’t either as they don’t care. Jaquan is very nice & very professional & initially Dre was too but he stopped returning my calls when I asked why he would sell me a lemon vehicle. Go somewhere else they will sell you a lemon & not honor their warranty even though their warranty is supposed to cover everything even when it’s Them who sold you the faulty vehicle. What a shame because my family purchased 3 vehicles through them luckily the other vehicle is doing fine that my husband has.Highly disappointed & would not wish this on anyone bad business is not good. If they would have taken ownership & actually fixed this vehicle that would have been good business but a name change is just that hopefully no one else has to go through what Superior Chevrolet now Buddy Chevrolet I guess put me through. It’s sad. I had the vehicle for less than a year & stuck with it because they didn’t honor their own warranty. More

Car was in service no update was given. Had vehicle towed home due to lack of communication and battery was dead with windows down and that is not how car was received. As a new owner to the dealership nothing was sent out to superior customers regarding warranty changes and no care was given to help rectify any situations that occurred. More
