I welcome you to a non-pressure car-buying experience. I promise I will treat you with the utmost respect. I am a Toyota Master Certified Salesperson. I am very knowledgeable and friendly. I have worked for Toyota of Bourbonnais for nearly 35 years! I love Toyota! I love the Toyota brand and believe in their product. Toyota makes great vehicles. Toyota is reliable and they are fun to drive! I do have a sense of my community. I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1988 and have lived here since then. I am active with the local Animal Rescues and have had a few foster failures myself. The key to my success is that I am sincere and genuine. Janelle is awesome. We pulled into the car lot at 6:30 PM to look at ours and by 8:30 PM. We had a new grand Highlander purchased and in our driveway. Great experience! Janelle goes above and beyond in sales. My wife and I made Janelle and Ray work very hard! Looked at many vehicles! Test drove many. It was a six hou Janelle goes above and beyond in sales. My wife and I made Janelle and Ray work very hard! Looked at many vehicles! Test drove many. It was a six hour total process as we bought two vehicles and set up another when it comes in! Janelle and Ray also had to deal with us trading in 3 vehicles! They were very respectful even with me being cranky at times! If you go into Toyota of Bourbonnais ask for Janelle! More
