Service was great but communication on when car ready was lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until 2. That wasn’t a problem but if system could generate a notification that would have been helpful. Rachel was helping another customer when I stopped to see if car ready so it might have just been finished and there wasn’t time to notify me. More

I had to wait at least a half an hour before I was acknowledged. then I had to wait long after my appointment before my car got serviced without anyone keeping me informed.Whenever I go to the service acknowledged. then I had to wait long after my appointment before my car got serviced without anyone keeping me informed.Whenever I go to the service dept and have Rachel she is very unpleasant.They do not put paper mats in the car anymore either.The dealership part is awesome. Service team is always rude and slow. I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. It took a month to replace my transmission. Shortly after that the hatch wouldn't open. I called GM and they suggested that I switch dealerships for service. More
