The Palisade Calligraphy was listed on CARFAX. The listing was easy to understand, and it clearly showed the purchase price after available discounts. My local dealer's listing showed a MSRP that was thousands of dollars higher, and they wanted to play the "hide the pickle" pricing game which made the 2-hour drive to Ring Gold an easy choice. Jan responded quickly to the "confirm availability" query with a text and phone call. She was professional and pleasant. When it was time to talk price, she passed me to Brandan. He was professional, knowledgeable of the vehicle, and the buying process. It took less than 15 minutes to agree to a price and set the appointment to complete the purchase. When we arrived the next morning, the team was ready for us: greeted us at the door, paperwork was ready, and the vehicle was ready to roll. While prepping the car, Brandan spotted a "gash' in a tire, and had it replaced before we arrived. Ariana was professional, prepared, and patient with my many questions. I give high makes to the lot and facility. The lot had ample space to maneuver without feeling like I was going to bump another car. The showroom was clean and well lit. The service center looked first rate. The restrooms were as clean as a BUC-EES. I wish my local dealership was this nice. I give FIVE STARS to Mountain View team across the board. More
