Started out good but went downhill. Was told my loan was though one bank on Tuesday then when I went in on Saturday to sign everything the finance lady Kimberly acted as if she knew not Was told my loan was though one bank on Tuesday then when I went in on Saturday to sign everything the finance lady Kimberly acted as if she knew nothing about it. Told me it was through another bank and was higher interest ran than told before. Two days later have another hard inquiry on my credit due to her running again with other bank. Stopped back to ask about it on Tuesday and Jan said he would have to talk to his manager. Texted him next day said his manager was out. Over two weeks ago and still nothing. They do not care that first loan was not done correctly of Finance run credit again. I have great credit rating and try to keep that way. Would never buy from Budd Baer again due to run around. Follow up is important and do not lie about facts. More
