I’ve took my car in four times due to squeaky breaks same advisor each time (JAN). 1st time I was told front brakes and rotors needed changing, days later I was left with squeakier brakes, took it in twice more after that and they “completely changed the front brakes” and still couldn’t tell me why they were still squeaking. I Took it in a fourth time because I can’t stand the high squeaking and they kept my car overnight. My advisor JAN said the technician didn’t look at it because he was so BUSY but that there was “no squeaking” figured he’d say that so I emailed him videos. He said “definitely the brakes but I can’t tell if it’s the front or back” and instead of looking at the car he only changed the front brakes AGAIN and said if they kept squeaking he would have to suggest to change the back. I think it’s so funny that instead of having the technician look at the car while he had it there for two days (I had an appointment each time) he would rather waste my time and just change the front brakes 4 times and have me keep going back because here I am two months later with squeaky brakes again. I’ve been back and forth since august and it’s now December. More

Carlos, was very cool and transparent. Explained everything clearly. Allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Kept it realistic when it came to payments and what they would be able to do. I am fairly new to Chicago and wanted to buy a new Jeep Wrangler. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle and also my first time purchasing a vehicle in Illinois. I walked in without an appointment and Jon greeted me immediately when I walked in. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out my dream car. Buying a new car is nerve racking as it’s such a big purchase, but Jon and the rest of the team made it seamless from the selection, to the ordering and trade in process, paperwork, etc. Since I’ve purchased the vehicle, I’ve followed up several times with questions and he has always been prompt to respond. It doesn’t hurt that he’s easy on the eyes either! Definitely recommend this dealership and Jon as your salesperson. More

I came here for my first car while living in Chicago. We were assisted by a very helpful salesperson who patiently walked me though each of the steps necessary to complete the purchase. Given that this car was used, there were initial issues that the dealership accommodated immediately upon discovery. Perhaps the greatest quality about this dealership is their support of their local community, police, and fire departments. I will likely use them again in the future. More
