Absolute worst dealership ever their service department is a scam. Bought a 2016 BMW from them with a one year warranty car died in the road because the serpentine belt broke for the battery died. The service here is fast, which is great but it makes you wonder if they’ve done everything that they should be doing properly and thoroughly. I took my car in for a 5000 mile service. Worst service of my life. Lied to me about what was wrong with my car when it was sold me. Brought it back in a week after having it. They returned the car only because they ended up having to give me a rental, when I got the car back there were so many issues. My car broke down in the middle of the road, had it towed to my mechanic for them to tell me it’s gone be 4600 to fix. My mechanic said there’s no way you guys didn’t see the issue before it got to the point where my car is breaking down on the road. That the car had to have been sold broke to me, because I only had the car 30 days. I ended up letting the car go because I’m not gonna spend 4600 dollars to fix a car I just put 3000 grand down on. So now I have a lawyer and will be going after you guys. More
